"What Must I Do to Be Saved?"

     If you do not yet know Jesus Christ in the pardon of your sins, begin by realizing that you are a sinner in need of God's forgiveness and cannot save yourself. Next, you acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He gave His life on the cross to pay the penalty of your sin. Then, you pray to repent of your sin (see below for guidance on how to do this) and surrender your life to Him. You embark upon your new life in Christ by seeking out a Bible teaching church to receive discipleship (training on how to grow in your new-found faith), developing a prayer life (you talking to God), and studying God's word (God talking back to you) to become aware of God's wonderful, divine plan for your life!

To invite Christ into you life right now, pray this prayer in sincerity:

     Father in heaven, I come to You in Jesus' name to acknowledge that I am a sinner in need of Your forgiveness. I confess that Jesus is Your Son, and that He died to pay for my sins and rose again to secure my salvation. Right now, I repent of my sins and invite Jesus into my life to live through me. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit to empower me to resist temptation and to endure whatever the enemy will try to use to deter or distract me from seeking You. Thank you for the gifts of pardon and eternal life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
